Style: Full bodied yet elegant. Delicate red and black
fruits with notes of spice flavours.
Soil: Shale and granite soils.
Origin: Agter-Paarl.
Viticulture: Dryland vineyard.
Vinification: Grapes were basket pressed, cap manually
punched down every 3 hours during fermentation.
Oaking: Aged in 1st and 2nd fill French oak barrels with
medium toast for minimum 12 months.
Ageing: 8 - 10 years from vintage.
